Please remember that fire-lizards cannot form words! They use pictures and emotions, though some Golds and a rare Bronze may be able to use one or two words! Thanks!
The Gold fire-lizards are the Queens and everyone knows it. Gold fire-lizards are the largest by far, but can still fit on their master's shoulder. They love attention, though they are too noble to admit it. Golds usually will Impress to people who fit their own personalities, which vary greatly. Gold fire-lizards will rise twice a Turn and Clutch every time.
Clutches: 1-25
Rises: Up to Twice a Turn
Sexual Maturity: 8 Months*
Rarity: Extremely Rare
These new fire-lizard mutations, are very strange little critters. Ranging in size from small Golds to small Bronzes, Melanites are big contenders for suitors with their Gold Sisters. Melanites tend to have a somewhat lazy attitude, though a few may be more like their Gold sisters.
Melanite fire-lizards range in color from pitch black to dark, sometimes bluish, gray. Melanite hides are streaked with light, almost silver gray that sometimes look like smoke. The Melanites have a sheen to their hide that makes them look somewhat metallic.
Clutches: 1-12
Rises: Once a Turn
Sexual Maturity: 8 Months*
Rarity: Extremely Rare
Bronze fire-lizards are the largest males, though they are noticeably smaller than their Queens. Bronzes are usually bossy when around other colors, but will tone it down around a pretty Gold. Though they are the bossy lizard, they still don't think the others are below them. They just let them all know which fire-lizard usually mates with the Golds. Though they love to catch a Gold, Bronzes will definitely not turn down a Green when she Rises. Bronzes Impress to people like themselves, though again, their personalities differ greatly.
Chases: All Females
Sexual Maturity: 6 Months*
Rarity: Very Uncommon
Browns are the lazy fire-lizards. When it comes to flying around all over the place, Browns would rather lay back and bask in the sun. Though they Chase any female, they don't let it bother them if they don't win. Browns can get along with any other fire-lizard, even Bronzes and Golds. The Golds seem to like their company even if they don't choose to mate with them often. Like the other fire-lizards, Browns Impress to people that show personalities near or like their own.
Chases: All Females
Sexual Maturity: 6 Months*
Rarity: Uncommon
Blues are the smallest male by far. They are so small that they rarely even try to chase a Queen, though some bold little Blues will try their hardest to catch a pretty Gold. These fire-lizards enjoy playing, a lot. They often wake up their masters for food or just to be a nuisance. Like every other fire-lizards, Blues Impress to people they feel match their unique personalities.
Chases: Greens, rarely a Gold
Sexual Maturity: 5 Months*
Rarity: Common
Greens are the frisky, most sexual fire-lizard. They love to tease, play, and bother their bonded humans. A Green might be the color that gets on everyone's nerves, but they are really very cute. Smaller than even the Blues, a normal man or woman could probably carry about two Greens on each shoulder, which makes them at least adorable. Greens will Impress to anyone, regardless of personality, they just want attention. These fire-lizards will Rise around three times a Turn. Greens will not Clutch every time, but have small clutches when they do.
Clutches: 1 - 12
Rises: Anywhere up to Three times a Turn
Sexual Maturity: 5 Months*
Rarity: Common
*Please remember that fire-lizards continue to mature after reaching sexual maturity. Fire-lizards will continue to grow until about 12 months old.
