ALL Clutches will be approved by the Admin, and the Admin alone. This refers to Nick. This includes wher, fire-lizard, dragon, and any other clutch or any kind of birth that is non-human.
After being approved, the Admin and his Co-Admins will be in charge of the clutch size and color distribution. The ADMIN MUST be informed of any changes that are requested after the final conclusion of the size and color distribution of the Clutch. This duty would fall to the Co-Admin that was approached and asked to change something.
Co-Admins have the authority to change small things, such as a dud to a hatchable offspring, but the admin does have Final Say. It would be better, for any member who wishes to have something changed in their clutch, to ask the Admin directly.
Currently, there is a board up under administration that will house any member clutches. This includes everything to do with that current clutch. The password will be given to all that should be in need of it. The member, after clutch size and color distribution is determined, will be in charge of personalities, appearances, graphics, and everything.
Should the member require help, they will readily be given it. There are talented artists in the Staff. Should a member require help with Impressions, or anything other than art, they will be able to select ONE Staff member (Not a Mod) to assist them. This means, should you ask someone to do graphics for you, and wish to have another Staff member help you, that is allowed. The Staff helping with graphics will NOT be allowed to help with anything else in that case.
Should the member wish for the Staff member to help them with graphics AND Impressions, no other Staff member will be allowed to help. This rule is to keep Hatchings from becoming complicated, and drawn out.
Only the member who owns the female dragon/wher/fire-lizard will be brought in to do the Hatching. The Hatching will also be run by that player. This means that any Staff helping will defer to the member during the Hatching. The Member is in charge.
Having members do Hatchings takes some of the work load off of the Staff, and gives the Staff some better chances at Impressing as well. Even Staff members like to be surprised!
